Your property can be (pre)marketed/pushed onto other platforms, such as Facebook (626 Page Likes), Twitter (493 Followers), LinkedIn (303 Connections) etc...We also encourage our clients to share/push the collateral on to their sphere as well (and tell their friends to do the same).

 

Phase 1: Pre-MLS “Launch” Campaign

 

  • Yard Sign w/"Coming Soon” rider, contact info, and laminated property information brochure

  • Website/Online Landing Page(s) for the property

  • Professional photography

  • E-Blast 6,000 agents “Coming Soon” status of the property
